Monday – Thursday 10.00 – 15.00 in-class education (20 lessons/ week)
Location: Arcada, Jan-Magnus Janssonin aukio 1, Helsinki
This course will prepare students for professional education studies and work in Swedish in Finland. After the language course, participants will have a test for B1 Swedish
The course includes
- 34 weeks (8 months) of language education including lunch
- Including 4 weeks of language practice
- Autumn break 13-17.10.2025
- Christmas break 22.12.2025–9.1.2026
- Vinter break 16-20.2.2026
Prerequirements: No earlier knowledge of Swedish is required, but as the pace is intensive the students are expected to study actively also between classes.
Applicants are required to have permission to live in Finland.
Aim: Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
(A language test for students interested in professional education will possibly be offered at the end of the course.)
Price: 60 € / month, including teaching, lunch and coffee
